Silver Views Villa

Silver Views Villa is a stunning luxury retreat featuring six bedrooms spread across three levels, complemented by an additional self-contained, two-bedroom cottage. The main house welcomes you with a beautifully manicured, shaded garden leading to the large front door.

Upon entering the ground floor, the master bedroom is immediately to your left. This spacious room boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Concertina glass doors open onto a generous patio. To the right of the entrance hall is the first living room, which opens up to a sheltered, wind-free patio adorned with four luxurious day beds, leading directly to the two-bedroom cottage.

A central staircase in the main house ascends to the second and third levels, housing additional bedrooms and living areas. The second floor comprises three more bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms (two en-suite). The spacious main bedroom on this floor includes a king-sized bed, two patios, and views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. Its en-suite bathroom features both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom, with a double bed and built-in cupboards, has a dedicated bathroom (shower only) located directly opposite. The third bedroom, also with a king-sized bed, opens onto a large balcony, and its en-suite bathroom includes a bath only. All four bedrooms offer ample cupboard space.

The top floor features an open-plan kitchen, scullery, dining room, and formal lounge with a gas fireplace. A beautiful dining table with seating for up to eight overlooks the plunge pool, offering breathtaking sea and mountain views. The outdoor deck is furnished with a 12-seater patio table, perfect for al fresco dining.

The separate cottage accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, both en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The cottage includes its own equipped kitchen, lounge with TV, and a dining area with seating for six.
