Numerous living and dining spaces, including a formal lounge adorned with a gas fireplace and a TV lounge, provide ample room for relaxation. Outdoors, a private pool, sun loungers, and alfresco dining areas beckon, ideal for basking in the sun and relishing the sweeping panoramas.

Complete with garage parking, a gym, and a robust alarm system for security, Magnum Villa guarantees an unforgettable escape in the lap of luxury. It’s worth noting, however, that the driveway may pose a challenge for the faint-hearted!

For those unforeseen power outages, this home is equipped with backup power for lighting, Wi-Fi, and entertainment. Housekeeping services are available Monday through Saturday, with additional arrangements possible upon request. Please be aware that Magnum Villa does not accommodate children under 12 years old, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, though permitted outside.
