The Oryx Villa

Oryx Retreat is a spacious ten-suite villa offering multiple living areas, two swimming pools, and breathtaking views of both the ocean and mountains. Ideal for large families, multi-generational groups, or friends, this luxurious retreat provides abundant space for both socializing and finding moments of tranquility.

As you enter through the front door, the sweeping blue of the Atlantic Ocean greets you, drawing you in. The villa’s open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on this level, alongside a reception area and guest bathroom. An additional chef’s kitchen is also on this floor. Follow the flow through to the terrace, where you can take in the spectacular views of Lion’s Head, the Twelve Apostles, the ocean, and the surrounding Camps Bay area.

On the second floor, you’ll find five en suite bedrooms, a laundry room, and a wrap-around balcony. Four of the en suite bedrooms, along with a lounge area, guest bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pools, are located on the third level. The villa is equipped with an elevator that provides access to both the second and third floors, while the fourth floor can only be reached by a spiral staircase. The fourth floor houses a luxurious en suite bedroom, complete with stunning sea views, air conditioning, a satellite smart TV, a sauna, and access to a private balcony.

Outside, the villa features a split-level garden framed by spectacular ocean and mountain views, a large Koi pond, and two inviting swimming pools.
