The property boasts an open-plan design with stylish living areas, a spacious deck complete with sun loungers, multiple seating zones, a barbecue area, and a lush garden that opens directly onto Clifton’s Third Beach. Facing northwest, the home is perfectly positioned to soak up the afternoon sun and take in uninterrupted coastal views.

The heated rim-flow pool, garden, and entertainment deck offer front-row seats to the ocean. Whether you’re dining alfresco, swimming, or simply relaxing on the loungers, the scenery is unbeatable.

Clifton is located along Cape Town’s prestigious Atlantic Seaboard and is famous for its natural beauty and sheltered beaches. Protected from the prevailing South Easterly winds in summer (November to March) and the North Westerlies in winter, Clifton provides a calm and comfortable setting all year round. Its four beaches, separated by granite boulders, are Blue Flag certified, ensuring safety and environmental care.

Your peace of mind is assured with 24/7 state-of-the-art security, including an alarm system, keypad entry, electric fencing, and armed response.

Guest Access & Service

Guests have full access to the pool, garden, and entire bungalow, making this a one-of-a-kind beachside retreat. We’ll personally welcome you on arrival, and keys plus a keypad system provide easy access throughout your stay.

Onsite support is available daily via two dedicated staff members. Additionally, we are reachable at any time by phone or email to assist with any needs or queries.

Getting Around

The bungalow is located just 1 km from the vibrant Camps Bay and Sea Point areas—home to top restaurants, nightlife, and boutique shopping. Getting around is easy via Uber, car, or scenic walks along the beachfront.

From the airport, take an Uber or taxi to 22 Victoria Road, Clifton. You’ll arrive at the Third Beach parking and bus stop. Walk down the steps opposite the bus stop, staying to the left until you reach Bungalow 26, just a few steps from the sand. Need help on arrival?
